Terms and Conditions


A. $28 Trial Lesson Terms and Conditions

  1. 1. Promotion is valid from 13 Apr to 21 Jun 2026.

2. Trial lessons must be booked and paid for within the promotional period (13 Apr to 21 Jun 2026).

  1. 3. Promotion is valid for both first-time students of The Write Connection (TWC), and existing students looking to try out a second programme not currently enrolled in.

  2. 4. Limited to one redemption per programme per student. Prior booking is required. Please register your interest via our enquiry form. TWC: bit.ly/TWCEnquiries

  4. 5. All vacancies are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

  1. 6. Promotion is valid for TWC’s regular programmes: Writing Enrichment (Primary 1-6), Prep Matters English Tuition (Primary 1-6), Critical Reading and Writing (Secondary 1-4) and P1 Preparatory (Kindergarten 2).

  3. 7. Valid for both online and in-person trial lessons.

  1. 8. Trial lesson slots are subject to availability, as the maximum intake is 10 students per class.

  3. 9. Not valid in conjunction with vouchers and other trial promotions.

  1. 10. All fees paid are non-refundable.

  3. 11. Offer is non-exchangeable for cash and non-transferable to others.

  1. 12. The Write Connection Pte Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.​


B. Enjoy 1 Free Lesson in Term 3

  1. 1. Promotion is valid from 13 Apr to 21 Jun 2026.

  3. 2. Promotion is valid for both first-time students of The Write Connection (TWC), and existing students looking to try out a second programme not currently enrolled in.

  5. 3. Limited to one redemption per programme per student.

  7. 4. Promotion is valid for TWC’s regular programmes: Writing Enrichment (Primary 1-6), Prep Matters English Tuition (Primary 1-6), Critical Reading and Writing (Secondary 1-4) and P1 Preparatory (Kindergarten 2).

  9. 5. Spots are limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. Customers must sign up minimally for a full term in Term 3 (2026) to receive 1 free lesson off their Term 3 fees. Priority is given to students who enrol directly in Term 2 due to limited spots. We reserve the right to release spots to customers who confirm and pay for their enrolment earlier.

  11. 6. Our full term is defined as the first to last week of a term as per our calendar, with 12 or more weeks. Please refer to our term calendar for our term dates. TWC: bit.ly/TWCtimetable

  13. 7. The 1 lesson fee will be immediately deducted from the Term 3 fees that are being paid. For our course fees, please visit our website. TWC: bit.ly/TWCfees

  15. 8. Fees must be paid upfront and in full upon enrolment to be eligible for the promotion.

  17. 9. Offer is valid for online and physical classes of regular programmes at all TWC centres.

  19. 10. All fees paid are non-refundable.

  21. 11. Promotion cannot be combined with instalment plans, other discounts, coupons, gift vouchers, privilege cards, or any promotional packages.

  23. 12. Offer is non-exchangeable for cash and non-transferable to others.

  25. 13. The Write Connection Pte Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Term Fee Saver

1. All fees paid are non-refundable. 


2. Fees must be paid upfront and in full.


3. Promotion is valid only at the point of payment for lessons under MQ’s regular Science programme and/or TWC’s regular programmes: Writing Enrichment (Primary 1-6), Prep Matters English Tuition (Primary 1-6), Critical Reading and Writing (Secondary 1-4) and P1 Preparatory (Kindergarten 2).


4. Eligible for a customer who fulfils at least one of the following criteria: has sibling(s) enrolled at TWC Group, is enrolled in more than 1 programme at TWC Group, or makes a payment for 2 full terms or more at TWC or MQ.

4a). One full term is defined as the first to last week of a term as per our calendar.

4b). In the event that the sibling or the student is enrolled in a programme in the middle of a term:

i) Payment must be made for the following term's fees as well in order to be eligible for the promotion under the sibling or additional programme criteria.

ii) Payment must be made for at least the following two terms' fees as well in order to be eligible for the promotion under the multi-term criteria.

iii) Promotion will be applicable to the total fees in the invoice.


5. Discount will be applied to the term fees (GST inclusive) upon enrolment and subsequent re-enrolment for the regular programme.


6. Promotion is non-stackable. If multiple criteria is met, customers will still receive a flat rate of 5% off the term fees


7. For existing TWC and MQ customers, promotion can only be combined with the customer’s accumulated Loyalty Rewards under TWC Group's Loyalty Programme.


8. Promotion is non-exchangeable for cash and non-transferable to others.


9. TWC Group reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
